Who we are
Davos Events ("we", "us") provides accommodation, event access and concierge services for the WEF Annual Meeting 2027 in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and — where you choose to provide them — your phone number, travel dates, party size, budget range and the message itself. We also record which page the enquiry came from, so a specialist can see what you were looking at.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Your shortlist of saved stays and events is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to us unless you share the link or send it with an enquiry.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your enquiry to respond to you, to prepare proposals, and to arrange the services you ask for. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a concierge business.
We will only send you unrelated marketing if you ask us to, and you can withdraw that at any time.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is handled by our team. It is stored in our database (Supabase) and emailed to the specialist desk. Where fulfilling your request requires it — booking a property, securing event access — we share the minimum necessary detail with that property or organiser.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase) process data on our behalf under contract. Some of these providers operate outside Switzerland and the EEA; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can pick up the conversation ahead of the next Annual Meeting. Records connected to a completed booking are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to hello@davosevents.co and we will respond within one month.
If you are in the EEA or the UK you may complain to your local supervisory authority. In Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) oversees this.
