Davos has one week a year when a well-run property is worth more than at any other time. If you own a home, apartment or chalet in Davos or Klosters, we will place it with the right guests for the WEF Annual Meeting 2027.
How it works

Type, size, location and what makes it stand out. A few minutes is enough to start — we come back with questions rather than a form to fill in twice.

We review and price it
We assess the property, advise on positioning for Forum week, and give you an honest view of what it should earn before anything is published.
- Step 3
We vet every guest
Your property is shown to delegates and partners we have qualified. Your conditions — maximum occupancy, who stays, which rooms stay locked — are ours to enforce.
- Step 4
We run the stay
Check-in to check-out: logistics, hospitality and support handled by our team. You keep control of your home and your calendar throughout.
